Pilates & Wine: because sometimes wellness also comes in a glass

Pilates & Wine: because sometimes wellness also comes in a glass

Some ideas just… feel right. And this is one of them.

Pilates with a glass of wine. Yes, you read that correctly. And yes — it’s just as fun as it sounds… but also much deeper.

This month we’re launching our Collective Class — themed, free-for-members sessions filled with joy, community, and soul — with an experience that celebrates movement, presence… and a little toast.

Welcome to Pilates & Wine. 🥂

A glass that tells the truth (gently)

In this session, you do Pilates while holding a glass of wine.

The mission seems simple… until you start moving.

The glass becomes this tiny, honest mirror: if it wobbles, tilts, vibrates — that’s your body whispering:

  • “Here I need a bit more control.”

  • “Here my breath slipped away.”

  • “Here’s a moment to refine.”

And the beautiful part? Nothing bad happens when the glass moves. It’s just information — a soft, playful reminder to reconnect with your body.

Moving like this isn’t just fun: it makes you more present, more aware, and more in tune with yourself.

When working out feels like being with friends

There’s something magical that happens when a whole room tries to balance a glass while moving: the laughter just… appears.

Awkwardness melts. Tension drops. And the community quietly does what community does best: hold you, soften you, make the moment feel lighter.

Because sometimes life balances better when one hand holds a glass… and the other holds your heart.
