  • How do I book my first class?
    Write us through the chat on the page requesting your first reservation! It will be a pleasure to assist you.
  • Do I have to pay in advance to be able to book a class?
    Yes, we require you to have a current package to make a reservation. You can buy it here https:// www.mindbody.mx/servicios
  • What do I need to bring to attend the face-to-face sessions?
    Bring comfortable clothes, socks (essential) and water to hydrate.​
  • How long are the face-to-face and online session packages valid?
    All session packages, both group, face-to-face and online, are valid for one month. Sessions are not cumulative or transferable to someone else.
  • ​​Is it mandatory to keep the mask on during the session?
    The use of a face mask during the sessions is optional.
  • ​Do they have showers?
    Yes, at our Merida 124 branch we have showers.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Of course! We are a Pet Friendly space and we love Puppies! Just remember to bring a strap to attach it to your reformer.
  • Is it possible to make suspensions (freezes) in the packages?
    No, there is no suspension or freezing of packages. Contact us!
  • Can I transfer my sessions to someone else?
    No, classes are not transferable or cumulative.
  • Are all the sessions in Spanish?
    Yes, all group sessions are taught in Spanish. If you want a session in English, you can purchase our session subscription PRIVATE here
  • Are they open on Sundays?
    Yes, now we have new hours from 9 am to 1 pm at our headquarters in Córdoba 97A Roma Norte.
  • Can I join a group session if it has already started?
    You will have 5 minutes of tolerance after the time of your reservation to be able to enter the session. If you can't make it in that time, we'll give your spot to the next person on the waiting list. However, we know that city traffic is unpredictable, so if you know you are going to be late, let us know within the required time, so we can cancel your reservation and reschedule It is very important that you arrive on time to your sessions so that you can do all the warm-up beforehand and thus avoid possible injuries.
  • How can I cancel a session?
    Cancellation of Group Sessions must be done at least 90 minutes before the start of the session, so that we can credit them back to your package. If you cancel after this time, the system will consider it as Late Cancellation, deducting said session from your package and will penalize you by deleting the next 3 reservations. Cancellations are made online through our scheduling page (click here) or on our mobile app. If you're having trouble canceling or have any questions, please email or give us a call at the studio!
  • Where can I see the expiration of my packages?
    Within our APP or by logging into our website you can check your profile, purchase history, packages and expiration dates.
