Session for beginners
Our Introduction session will improve your experience in Pilates, you will learn the basic principles that will help you perform the exercises in all the classes offered in the studio.
The instructor will focus on the principles of body movement, preparing you for group classes in Reformer, as long as you don´t present injuries that prevent you from taking group classes.
We suggest taking these classes to people who are just starting their journey in Pilates and for thosse who arrive at our studio without the necessary experience in this method.
What will you achieve
